Here are 5 quick tips to help you stay well and healthy.
You may or may not know these, they’re really common sense things but applying them can be not so common.
I’m even guilty of not doing one of them (sleeping)
1)Hydrate! Make sure you’re getting enough water.
2)Eat whole & natural foods.
3)Be active. Get at least 20 mins. (preferably more) of activity a day.
4)Get a good nights sleep. This is the one I have a problem with doing myself…Often times getting about 3 hours of sleep. But you should aim for 6-8 hours nightly.
5)Be happy and stay positive. It’s amazing what a joyous positive attitude can do for you.

yea the whole sleep thing gets me…one of these days I’ll try harder to get more sleep but I’ll openly admit I don’t sleep properly…least I do all the other stuff ๐
