Day 8 RevAbs & 100 daily push up challenge
Today’s day 8 of Rev Abs workout for me. Today was Power Intervals, just like day 6. Compliments of a possibly torn/injured tendon, I had to wrap my foot today before the workout but I did fine! Today I completed day 2 of Rev Abs workout. It was the "Fire Up Your Abs" dvd. 40 minutes of ab workouts complete with warm up and cool downs... This time the workout and warm up/cool down phases utilizes some forms of yoga as well.
