Today I completed day 2 of Rev Abs workout.
It was the “Fire Up Your Abs” dvd.
40 minutes of ab workouts complete with warm up and cool downs…
This time the workout and warm up/cool down phases utilizes some forms of yoga as well.
During the actual workout phase, part of it was Lateral Incline Plane (vasisthasana) and while Trainer Brett Hoebel said that we were doing cobra pose, it wasn’t actually true cobra-it was more a modified locust (leaving feet on ground), child’s pose, and while he didn’t say it was Pigeon pose one of the stretches at the end was very close to Pigeon.
Was a good ab and core workout and with that being said,

Rev it high, Rev it low…I’m strong, committed and ready to go
Day 3 tomorrow=Power Intervals–should be interesting to see what that entails!
