Today I completed day 2 of Rev Abs workout. It was the "Fire Up Your Abs" dvd. 40 minutes of ab workouts complete with warm up and cool downs... Earlier I had posted about my new commitment to getting my abs back. I additionally started a 30 day challenge with doing 100 push ups a day.
