Today’s day 4 of Rev Abs workout for me.
It was Total Strength and Mercy Abs again.
Was a bit easier this time around than it was on Monday!
Signs I’m improving already..whopeeeeee!

Today’s day 4 (26 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Here’s my breakdown on the 100 for today:
Today was easier since 45 of my push ups were done while doing the above RevAbs workout!
5:55 a.m == 39 standard push ups
7:15 a.m. == 27 plank push ups
10:05 a.m. == 45 standard push ups
and I exceeded my 100 push ups a day!
