which is why I keep going even on the days that I don’t feel like it!

I didn’t have time to blog yesterday which was day 23…
I did 100+ push ups and Fire Up Your Abs for RevAbs workout.
and today is day 24–6 more days of the push up challenge and 21 more days of Phase 1 RevAbs!
So, for today’s part of push up challenge
5:30 a.m. == 39 standard push ups
6:05 a.m. == 37 plank push ups
6:50 a.m. == 44 standard push ups
Putting me over the 100 a day mark before 7:00 a.m.
Then I also got 45 more push ups (3 rounds of 15) doing Total Strength in RevAbs
I will admit I need to get more serious and push myself to do more consecutively.
I may try doing more in the evenings or afternoons to see if I have more strength, ambition, desire later in the day rather than when i first wake up.
I was doing them when first waking so I’d make sure I made time to do them but want to do more at once so may change up the timing.
