Today’s day 8 of Rev Abs workout for me.
Today was Power Intervals, just like day 6.
Compliments of a possibly torn/injured tendon, I had to wrap my foot today before the workout but I did fine!
Whopeeeee!

Today’s day 8 (22 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Here’s my breakdown on the 100 for today:
7:05 a.m.– 35 standard push ups
8:25 a.m. – 57 wall push ups
9:10 a.m.– 28 plank push ups
Just over 100 again for the day.
I will get up to 100 consecutively!
