Today’s day 6 (24 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Here’s my breakdown on the 100 for today:
2:30 p.m.– 37 standard push ups
3:15 p.m.– 42 incline push ups
4:35 p.m.– 30 plank push ups
just barely did more than 100 today
I’m slowly making progress
I will do more consecutively!

Today’s day 6 of Rev Abs workout for me.
Today was Power Intervals just like day 3
The squat thrusts are still giving me a bit of an issue in the spice round, but I’m getting there.
Tomorrow (all sunday’s actually) are “Mercy” days…no RevAbs workout!
A day off!
