Today’s day 8 of Rev Abs workout for me. Today was Power Intervals, just like day 6. Compliments of a possibly torn/injured tendon, I had to wrap my foot today before the workout but I did fine! Earlier I had posted about my new commitment to getting my abs back. I additionally started a 30 day challenge with doing 100 push ups a day.
