Today’s day 7 (23 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Here’s my breakdown on the 100 for today:
8:10 a.m. – 38 standard push ups
9:00 a.m.– 35 plank push ups
10:05 a.m.– 36 incline push ups
slightly more than 100 for today
I’m getting there!
I will do 100 consecutively!

Today’s day 7 of Rev Abs workout for me which is MERCY Day!
No workout on Sunday’s in phase one (first 45 days of Rev Abs)
