We have to work for what we want today.

but, you can do it!

If you want to get in shape, you need to start today.
If you want to run a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon…whatever…you need to start today.
If you want a better career or education, you need to start today.
If you want out of a bad relationship, you need to start getting out today.
If you’re looking for a relationship, you need to start today.
No matter what you want, you need to start today.
Don’t let the next 365 days go by and find yourself wishing you had done something today to make a difference then!

I’m challenging myself each day: eat 7-8 servings of fruits n veggies, workout for a minimum of 20min each day etc. Each day is a challenge! It’s not about depriving or punishment, it’s a challenge instead.

and soooo true to NOT being a punishment or depriving yourself of something
but moving forward to better things, better healthier lifestyle.
I’m personally challenging myself to lose the last 20 pounds, get back into shape, and prepare for 5K ๐
