What happens if you don’t take care of your body?
~weight gain or unhealthy weight loss
~loss of energy, stamina
~develop illness, sickness, disease
~skin issues
~hair can fall out, become dull
~vision can be affected
~develop eating disorders
~unable to focus
~increased stress
~may have social issues or become withdrawn
It takes effort and discipline along with desire to eat properly, stay hydrated, eat clean, exercise and take care of your body (physically and emotionally).
So, stick with it…
If you can’t do it on your own, get a coach to help you.

great post, tara! this is a reminder we all need! today i’m taking care of my body by getting my gait analyzed and buying proper running shoes (and then taking them out for a test run!!!).
