Think about the health benefits
Think about the reasons you want to obtain your dreams
So, you might have to give up an hour of sleep to fit your workout in…so what!
You’ll have more energy through the day from your healthier lifestyle so it won’t matter.
So, you may not be able to eat a bowl of ice cream every night…so what!
You won’t want to when you see how great your body looks and how well it functions on real whole foods!
So, don’t give up because you have to make a few sacrifices!
Do what you have to do to reach your goals and reap the rewards!
