Today’s day 20 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
I completed 100+ push ups today:
5:50 a.m. – 37 standard push ups
10:30 a.m. -36 incline push ups
3:20 p.m. – 42 standard push ups
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
And today’s RevAbs workout was Power Intervals, which to remind you from earlier posts is a 30 minute workout consisting of: High-intensity cardio with intervals of lower-body resistance moves designed to rev up your metabolism, melt belly fat, sculpt lean legs, firm the glutes, and work your abs—all at the same time.

I used to really work out, then I let ‘life’ get in the way
let myself go, wasn’t focused
so this is a re-newing of sorts
plus, like scripture says the body is the temple so need/want to get this temple in worthy condition 🙂
