Today’s day 17 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
5:55 a.m. 52 incline push ups
7:10 a.m 37 standard push ups
8:25 a.m. 33 plank push ups
Did more than my 100, all before 8:30 a.m.
Today’s RevAbs workout was Power Intervals
Have I mentioned I do not like the squat thrusts! LOL
I did increase weights I’m using for the lunges but squat thrusts and messed up ankle aren’t working out so well
But, there’s no turning back…
