I may or may not be talking more to myself in this post, but think we all need to hear this message at some point in time…
Don’t Quit
when we feel down and defeated…
when we want to quit…
when all kinds of crap nonsense is thrown our way…
when it seems the walls are closing in…
when everyone we’re dealing with seems to be nasty out of sorts…
when life just becomes too overwhelming…
We also have the fitness, working out, exercising and training aspect of don’t quit.
You have to keep running…push through the wall.
Keep working out, even when you think you’ve given it your all.
Continue eating healthy and clean
so you can be a lean mean machine.
Bet you didn’t know I could bust a rhyme!
