I recently posted about open & closing doors and being yourself and now I’m here to say that I’m taking on a new direction (which is actually an old direction).
I used to run
I used to work out
I used to be more active
I used to do fasts more often than I have lately
I set the record for sit ups in a minute waaaaaaaaay back in 6th grade (1978 before we started doing crunches instead of full sit ups)
I used to do push ups
I used to do a lot of things…..
somewhere along the way I stopped doing these things
I’m renewing my dedication to running, working out and being totally serious about it.
I’ve been going along half hazardously, not really giving it my all…
until now.
I allowed myself to gain a lot of weight at one point.
Note: it does get harder to lose weight as you get older…
I used to gain/lose easily, with no effort

I’ve been doing various Beachbody workouts but not giving it my all.
The time has come to get serious (again) and really do what I have to do and work towards the end goal…
getting certified as a Holy Yoga Instructor, as well as finish getting certified in Nutrition and as a Fitness Trainer.
I already have some certifications in Holistic Stress Management, Mind Body Fitness, Health Coaching, Laughter Yoga so it’s time to really get the others completed as well as focus on my own personal fitness goals…
