Well, my ankle's still giving me problems It's ok if I wrap it, so as you can see in pic Ankle's wrapped, shoes tied and off I go.... It was a S L O W run but a run nonetheless! Wogging/Wunning/Running?
I'm not quite sure what I'd call what I was doing this morning! It was somewhere inbetween a walk/jog=wogging? in the beginning the middle was actual running and towards the end it was more a walk/run=wunning? Not sure what I was doing...obviously. Laced up the running shoes
Well this morning I laced up my old running shoes, like I said I would. I kinda jog/ran/walked/sprinted the 2.56 miles but I did it! Now, I have no problems walking for miles, miles and hours on end.
