Well, my ankle’s still giving me problems
It’s ok if I wrap it, so as you can see in pic
Ankle’s wrapped, shoes tied and off I go….
It was a S L O W run but a run nonetheless!
Can I blame it on it being an evening run instead of morning run and my ankle?
Nah, no blame here other than myself…
I just haven’t felt like running
But yet I want to run in a half marathon in Feb?!
How does that make any sense?!
It doesn’t!
I need to get serious and think about what I want and what I have to do to get it!
(in running and other realms of life!)
So, time to get serious!

good for you for doing it anyway. be gentle on yourself and your ankle. I did kickboxing this morning. Didn’t feel like it but felt great afterwards.
