It’s the day after Christmas…
Most people indulged and over ate yesterday and probably didn’t get much exercise other than unwrapping gifts.
Or, perhaps today they’ll get their workout returning gifts or fighting the crowds for day after sales?
But, today’s a new day…
time to get back on track.
Get geared up and in shape before New Year’s so you don’t make mindless New Year Resolutions that you’ll probably default on within the first week of January.
This past year did you get up and make life changing habits or did you watch 2011 blow by to be in the same spot you were last year?
Don’t let that happen this year!
Do what you need to do today to ensure that.

results that you want to obtain
benefits of reaching your goals
determination
You have to want it and do whatever it takes to achieve it

I had a.fabulous holiday, I am reving up for a new year and a new me!!! Last year at this time I was 25 lbs lighter because my best friend and I made a challenge with each other to lose 30 lbs by our 30 th birthdays. Well I lost 28 lbs in that four months before I turned 30 and I felt great!!! Then this year I gained 25 of it back because I wasn’t motivated at all to keep it off. Now I am and I will have a.new me.again!!!
