Meanwhile, I jumped on the bike for a 30 minute ride this morning…
ended up burning 537 calories in a half hour!
Love the ease in which I can see my heart rate…

checked it again, increased…
and stayed steady completing a 30 minute ride, burning 537 calories
Now to get on with the rest of my day.

Wow! That must have been a great bike ride to burn so many cals in a half hour! I do have a heart rate monitor but lately I haven’t been using it as much. I think I’m going to start using it again this week though because I like being able to track how hard my body is working!
