Today I finished day 3 of Rev Abs workout. Today I completed day 2 of Rev Abs workout. It was the "Fire Up Your Abs" dvd. 40 minutes of ab workouts complete with warm up and cool downs... This time the workout and warm up/cool down phases utilizes some forms of yoga as well.
