Again with ideal timing!
I just committed to doing 100 push ups a day via the 30 day challenge and to working my abs, then this morning I come across these video’s!
Honestly, I forgot that push ups can develop and work your abs!
I was doing this for arms, chest, back but added bonus–abs!
