Keeping it simple and to the point this Fitness Friday!
I don’t have much to say right now and want to head out the door for a run since there’s no work at the golf course because of rain (Hurricane Season bites!)
I do yoga all the time
eventually when I’m free to travel I’ll get my certification
til then, I do my own thang
This week I did yoga Monday first thing in the morning in the dark o clock hours for an hour
Tuesday – yoga focused on core and abs for 35 mins
Wednesday- power yoga for an hour
Thursday – Holy Yoga for an hour
Today…nothing…yet, I’m heading out door for a run and may hit up the yoga mat later
