a new month…
new goals…
I’m sure you’ve heard of SMART goal planning
If not, check the image out here and follow those guidelines when making goals.
My April Goals:
Physically:
Lose 10 pounds by April 30th
Do yoga 5 or more times a week (lately I’ve been slacking when it comes to my yoga practice)
Do the Brazil Butt lift workouts (was doing good til Chico had his surgery then didn’t do any of them for a week+ now)
Spiritually & Mentally:
Spend more time reading the Word and in prayer and praise
Improve my attitude
Work & Education:
Get at least 2 new clients
Finish adding products to ShopForFitnessOnline.com (some items available now, still have LOTS to add)
Research and decide which certification to take first (Personal Trainer or Nutritionist)

Good goals to have Tara. I’m sure you’ll get ’em done. My goals are to lose 5 pounds (realistic) by the beginning of next month and to eat 3 or more veggies or fruits a day.

Great goals! I’m impressed with Yoga 5x/week. Right now I do yoga once or twice each week, but I would love to do it more! I just go by the classes I’m able to attend at my gym, but I should really start doing it on my own at home. I always feel fresh and renewed after!
For me? I’m going to try to run for pleasure rather than for necessity. I’m going to watch my snacking, and I’m going to prioritize sleep and shutting down beforehand.

Mine are to cook dinner at home more than usual (that is hubby not me lol) and I will try my hand at some meals in April.
I also have a goal to do 5-10 vertical knee raises a day.
Keeping it simple this month but also challenging.
