Living a healthy lifestyle encompasses more than just eating whole nutritious foods and exercising for a healthy body.
You want to take care of your body of course, but also your mind and soul too.
Complete total health.
So, here are a few quick & easy tips and of course you know I have to throw in some good graphics since I’m a visual person.
—Get your body moving! Exercise, do something..anything…just get that body up and moving around for at least 30 minutes a day. If you don’t have time to do 30 minutes at once, fine…walk for 10 minutes in the morning, do another 10 minutes during your lunch break and in the evening take another 10 minute walk. Do whatever you can, whenever you can but do it!.
—Eating well! Instead of junk or fast food and processed crap, eat whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies and lean protein.
—Drink water! Make sure you are drinking enough water on a daily basis.
—Get enough sleep! Do you know how much sleep you need? Find out now and tips to ensure you get ample zzz’s
—Don’t stress!
—Stay Positive! Do not let negativity and negative thoughts eat away at you. Try to find the positive in all situations. If you are around people who are negative and downers, you may want to distance yourself from them. Your mind has to be free of junk and unhealthy thoughts if you want to be totally healthy and well.
—Spend time in prayer and/or meditation. Spend some quality quiet time (it doesn’t matter if it’s in morning, afternoon or at night) but do it. It doesn’t matter what religion you are, you can pray, worship, praise or meditate.
Good health comes from understanding that exercise is the fountain of youth and good nutrition is the water of life.

yes yes yes! more water, more veggies, more movement, more rest!
I’m a big believer of do something – ANYTHING – every day. And yes, sometimes I work my 20 minutes (30 can be too daunting LOL) in little spurts. But what I’ve learned is that I DO have time! great post!
