Now that my work schedule has calmed down a bit (I hope!), I plan on reclaiming my life and get back on track with moving and eating right.

Today, I am going to drink tons of water and not indulge in the pure-sugar candies that have summoned me all week long.

Great motivational pic! I fall victim to my own excuses about why I’m not eating better or training harder. I find myself saying, “Next week, I’ll REALLY start.” I need to print this picture and tape it all over the house!

Love today’s post! Not really a change, but today (and this weekend) I am going to concentrate on drinking as much water as possible!

The change today I’m going to make (or be reminding myself of) is to eat mindfully. Just b/c it’s Friday, it doesn’t mean I can slack on my diet. I’m going to be aware of my choices today.
