Some simple food for thought to those who waste their time gossiping and hating on others (being jealous)…
Harsh? perhaps.
Reality? yes!
Sorry, but tired of people and their nonsense, smack talk and excuses.
Reality…if you want to lose weight, eat less & get active.
You will not lose weight sitting around gossiping to others about how much weight so and so lost.
Reality is the first part of treatment is detox and if you want to lose weight & eat healthy…cook your own meals at home instead of ordering out or going out more times than not.
You will save money and eat healthier if you actually prepare your own meals instead of surviving and I use that term loosely on restaurant food.
Reality…it’ll take time to lose weight and get in shape but every little step is progress!
So, quit gossiping…quit with the excuses and get up and get going!
