Today’s day 18 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Compliments of a stupid move on my part last night…
I burnt my left hand & fingers, thumb.
So, today’s challenge was a bit more challenging
Needless to say, I can no longer do one armed push ups (I could 20 yrs ago)
So, today’s 100 push ups were done via one armed wall push ups (easier to do those than regular one armed push ups down on floor)

On good note, I did still manage to do the 100 push ups for my day!

Today’s RevAbs workout was supposed to be Total Strength and Mercy Abs…but since in Total Strength it requires doing push ups and other work where I’d need use of my left hand I ended up doing a repeat of yesterday….Power Intervals (modifying squat thrusts due to my hand).
Making progress even with burnt hand and formerly messed up ankle.
I’m beginning to think that something doesn’t want me to work out since I’ve never been burnt before (other than a fryer basket way back when I was like 15 working at BK ewwwww of all places) and my ankle hasn’t had anything wrong with it either…then I make a commitment to get back in shape, etc. and whammo two ‘issues’ in a matter of weeks.
But, I will prevail…
