Yes, I did skip day 14…but only blogging about it…
I did do my 100 push ups and Sunday’s are off days with RevAbs
So, yesterday (Easter) I spent the day with my daughter, brother and nephews on South Beach!
And moving on…
I’m half way there!!
Today’s day 15 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
I did 45 push ups during Total Strength via RevAbs workout.
Then I did 42 plank push ups about an hour after that and followed up with 41 standard push ups.
So, as you can see I’m exceeding the 100 daily push ups
Next challenge will be to do 100 consecutive push ups!

RevAbs workout is getting easier as I go.
Still in Phase 1, which is the first 45 days…
then will move to Phase 2
I guess I should do some measurements, weight, etc. at some point here.
I can feel and see a difference so right now I’m just going by that!
