Today’s day 11 (20 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Got a late start today.
Have had a few ‘rough’ days lately but gotta keep on keeping on!
So, better late than never!
5:25 p.m – 41 standard push ups
6:50 p.m – 32 plank push ups
7:20 p.m – 31 standard push ups
Just barely over 100 but I still made my challenge
and I know I have to get my mind and body together and quickly to meet the 100 consecutive push ups and I will get to that point.

Today’s day 11 which is Power Intervals day of RevAbs workout
If you haven’t read this in prior posts about RevAbs, here’s what today’s workout entailed:
High-intensity cardio with intervals of lower-body resistance moves designed to rev up your metabolism, melt belly fat, sculpt lean legs, firm the glutes, and work your abs—all at the same time. (Approx. 30 min.)
As each workout goes by, it is getting easier to do!
