You’re basically affirming (stating) something and repeatedly doing so until it becomes factual and a habit.
These will help you eat healthier, lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

my affirmation is “never go backward-press on forward” as I am a formerly obese person.

Cat, it’s always best to stay in the positive…refrain from using ‘no’, ‘not’ or mentioning what you don’t want to happen..so while you’re saying not to go backward…sometimes the mind only hears “go backward” so it may be best to just use the “moving forward” or “always advancing, going forward” than “never go backward” part…just some helpful hints ๐
