This morning I couldn’t make up mind what to eat for breakfast.
For whatever reason I was ravenous.
So, I opted to have BOTH Coach’s Oats AND Uncle Sam’s Original Cereal from Attune Foods.
I’ve done a review on other Uncle Sam cereals too after I found them reading an article on Body Nutrition and love them all!
The Original packs 10g of fiber per serving!
It also contains 7g of protein and less than 1g of sugar.
Of course, it’s like the others and features Omega-3 Fatty acids from whole flaxseed.
The ingredients are simple: whole wheat kernels, whole flaxseed, salt, barley malt…that’s it!
Simple, whole and good!
So, after I enjoyed both breakfasts I hit the bike.
75 minutes later I burned 885 calories
and, now it’s time to get to work here on thankful thursday!

I had fruit with my oatmeal this morning. I try to eat something for breakfast every morning. Today, I am going for a walk later, hopefully.
