Earlier I had posted about my new commitment to getting my abs back.
I additionally started a 30 day challenge with doing 100 push ups a day.
Well today was day 1 of RevAbs and to my surprise there were push ups in it!
So I got to work on two of my goals in one shot!
Sweet!
I did “Total Strength” and “Mercy Abs” workout today.
I’m feeling it that’s for sure!
Which is a great thing ๐
Now, what I also discovered is….yoga is popping up everywhere!
Last Wednesday night, I got to watch one of the America’s Next Top Model’s have a meltdown and then go off stage and take child’s pose.

Then, in “Mercy Abs” part of RevAbs the warm up, cool down and in between some of the phases consisted of doing cat/cow pose, cobra pose and child’s pose!
It’s really great seeing more and more people, trainers utilizing yoga in work outs and daily life.
Wonder what I’ll discover in day 2 of Rev Abs?
