Lousy Customer Service thoughts

Yes, I know it's the holiday season...it happens every year like clockwork. Christmas, then a few weeks later my daughter's birthday. Knowing that stores don't often restock items in time to wait to buy her birthday gifts I get them at same time as Christmas.
