Right now with everything that many are facing in their daily lives (finances, relationships, school, life in general), people are more stressed than they have been before.

I personally turn to God when I’m overwhelmed with events, situations and I put my trust in Him (and yes, I still stress over things which I know means I’m not totally trusting but I’m a work in progress-as we all are). I also spend time in prayer, meditation and doing yoga. It wasn’t always like this though. Time for confession-I used to get mad, overeat, pull my hair-all self destructive acts that got me no where.
It’s taken awhile for me to grow to the point of being able to turn situations over and be able to deal with them rationally and not be on a path of self destruction. I’m not saying it’s easy, but it can be done.
