Monday: Bike – 60 minutes, push ups, squats and received some bad news which I already knew but somehow hearing it out loud made it real
Tuesday: Yoga – 30 minutes, Bike – 50 mins, Treadmill – 30 mins
Wednesday: Bike – 45 mins, treadmill 30 mins, push ups, squats
Thursday: rest other than push ups, plank, squats
Friday: waste of a morning-drove to work at the golf course-no work (cant make or sell hotdogs and burgers in the rain)! Bike-60 minutes, push ups
Saturday: yet another waste of a morning-drove to work at the golf course-no work compliments of the storm (cant make or sell hotdogs and burgers in the rain)! Bike 60 minutes, push ups, squats

Began working on new site at CharmingCaddies.com just have to get with my photographer to get pics on the golf course taken and hire some more caddies and pray it’s a mellow Hurricane season so we can all get to work!
Sunday: at least today I did NOT drive to golf course-torrential rains/storm at 9 am it’s still pitch black out and storming! Later I’ll hit the treadmill and bike and who knows what else.
Not sure how the landlord is going to feel about rain=no work=Tara not having all her rent money-again ๐
Meanwhile, I’m impatiently waiting for my Ultimate Reset to get here so I can get going with that. I will be vlogging and updating w/pics here on the progress during the reset.
Other than that, staying focused on my goals…
Though I did slip up the other day and binged on some junk (brownies and ice cream) which then lead to a massive headache (well I can partially blame the sugar/junk rush-the weather is also to blame).
My set back was temporary and I didn’t let it rule me or continue…so back to my goals!
