It’s been a busy week here…
And, I did take a few evenings off to rest as you’ll see my workouts didn’t consist of much on Thursday or Friday.
Monday: Trampoline from Jumpsport.com 30 mins
and a 30 min workout on the BallBike
Tuesday: BallBike for 45 mins, Yoga for 45 mins

Saturday: Yoga for 60 mins, Bike for 60 mins, Trampoline for 15 mins

Sunday (Today): Working on BallBike videos and some other stuff.
Wait for Christa to get back from Orlando.
