Today’s Motivation Monday and I’m going to cover a common excuse many use to not work out….
I don’t have any fitness equipment.
You don’t need any special equipment to exercise.
You can workout anywhere, anytime using your own body weight and other things you have on hand.
You can walk, run, ride your bike, roller blade, do jumping jacks, burpees, push ups, squats, yoga, crunches, dancing, climb stairs or bleachers…
There are countless ways to exercise without having to break the bank on equipment or gym memberships.
One simple reminder: get active
Doing something is better than doing nothing!
