You have to want to be well and be healthy you’ll need to exercise, eat properly.
If you don’t want it, you won’t achieve it.
If you want to be healthier, you’ll have to make good clean natural foods a priority over fast food, processed foods and junk food.
If you want to be stronger, you’re going to have to make working out and exercising a priority over being a couch potato.
If you want to be leaner, you’ll have to make eating less and working out more a priority.

Agreed. I just wrote a post similar to this about intentions and priority. People say getting in shape is hard and they don’t know where to start, but if you make it a priority you will get it done.
