Calf raises can be done while waiting in line anywhere, sitting at your desk, waiting on copy machine (or whatever) at the office, cooking dinner.
Emptying the dishwasher you can do squats to take things out of dishwasher and
do calf raises to put items in cupboards
If you’re going to watch tv, do pushups, crunches or dips while commercials are on.
