Today’s a quickie about letting go of the past and moving on.
The only time you should be looking back is to see how far you’ve come!
This relates to all areas…
past relationships, past jobs, past eating habits, past exercise habits…
Don’t wait until New Year’s Day to start fresh & new
Decide right here and now to get rid of the unhealthy habits (eating poorly, not exercising, not getting enough rest, running yourself into the ground) NOW.
You can do it!
and don’t judge yourself by your past…(sadly, many think they just can’t change or improve & that’s not the case)
move ahead, knowing you have what it takes to improve and stick to a new healthier, more active lifestyle.
If you need help making healthier choices, hire a coach.
You could (should) join the Fit for 2012 Challenge (it’s totally free and not too late to get started — it’s never too late to make a change!)
Some quick tips:
Identify the issues from the past.
Acknowledge them, then release them.
Take responsibility for your life and what it holds.
Take action…do what you have to do to develop healthier habits.
Enjoy!
In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired.
