Here’s my weekly workout recap:
Monday: Worked at the golf course – no workout other than lugging around a big BBQ Grill, Hot Dot Cart, Table and buckets of water & doing calf raises while standing there waiting for people to buy hot dogs or burgers! lol
Tuesday: Went to the beach, treadmill for 30 mins, bike for 50 mins, squats & pushups
Wednesday: Bike for 55 mins, Treadmill for 30 mins, squats, plank, pushups
Thursday: Yoga, Bike for 60, squats, pushups and plank
Friday: Yoga, treadmill for 30 mins, bike for 45 mins
Saturday: Worked from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. at golf course (repeat work workout above from Monday), Bike for 60 mins, squats and pushups
Sunday(today): Work 7 a.m.-2 p.m. at golf course (repeat work workout from Monday/Saturday), bike for 60 mins, pushups and squats
In other news, I’m patiently awaiting my Strawberry Shakeology and Ultimate Reset to get here so I can get started with that.
This week for fun, I get to go to traffic court on Tuesday for a ticket where I may or may not have been speeding.
