Studies show it takes approximately 21 days for a habit to become a natural way of life.
So, for three weeks commit to doing some form of exercise…walking, jogging, cardio, a workout on dvd, whatever…
Get moving and keep active for 21 days.
If you need accountability, consider working out online in a free gym (added bonus you’re entered each time you workout for free prizes), hire a coach, join a running group, enlist the help of a trusted positive friend.
Once that habit is formed, you won’t want to miss it.
You’ll want to and enjoy being active.
Exercise should be enjoyed, not dreaded.
You’ll feel better, more energetic, dedicated to yourself and improving your health and life.
You’ll be able to do more, be more active, be stronger, healthier…
