Everyone is always in a rush…
work, spouse, kids, etc….
leaving little (if any) time for actual exercise or working out.
I know the past few weeks has been crazed myself and haven’t put in as much time working out as I used to and want to.
Here are five fast tips on how to be more active during the day.
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-If you’re stuck at your desk, get up every hour and do some leg squats, wall push ups–anything to get moving for a few minutes.
-Carry your groceries in a basket or reusable bags instead of using a shopping cart –workout those arms.
-Don’t park in the closest parking spot to store front or office–walk (unless it’s night and for safety reasons, you’ll want to park closer)
-Take the dog for a walk, the kids for a bike ride-do something-anything-just get out side for even 20 minutes and be active.
