Today’s day 19 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Note the towel on left hand, compliments of my burning my hand the other night…
but not doing all wall push ups again today.
So, towel is at least cushioning burnt hand…
A late start today but all 100 completed just in lower increments compliments of pain in hand:
4:15 p.m. 28 standard push ups
5:20 p.m. 31 plank push ups
7:10 p.m. 33 standard push ups
7:45 p.m. 27 incline push ups

Today’s RevAbs workout
The workout for today was Fire Up Your Abs
Had good workout, other than the plank & side plank parts of the rounds (because of left hand being burnt, still tender)
But, other than that was great.
Combination of Striders, Plank, Cobra, Side Blank, Dumbbell Jack-knife…
and tomorrow….Power Intervals
Almost half way through Phase 1!
