Today’s day 13 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Here’s my breakdown on the 100 for today:
3:45 p.m.– 47 standard push ups
5:15 p.m.– 36 plank push ups
6:20 p.m.– 43 standard push ups
I’m getting there as far as the 100 consecutive push ups
and am meeting my 100 a day push up challenge

Today’s day 13 of Rev Abs workout.
Today was Power Intervals again.
Compliments of my somehow screwing up my ankle, the squat thrusts are still giving me some issues by the time we hit the spice round (last around of workout)
Tomorrow is “Mercy” day…no workout! Happy Easter to me!
