Today’s day 12 (19 more to go) of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
6:05 a.m – 36 plank push ups
6:40 a.m – 43 standard push ups
7:15 a.m – 42 standard push ups
Now if I could just push further to get closer to the 100 consecutive ones!
I will though!

Just did day 12 of Rev Abs workout.
It was the “Fire Up Your Abs” workout.
40 minute workout with warm up & cool down
Still enjoying that Brett Hoebel mixes yoga poses into workouts for warm up and cool down and stretching between rounds!
