Last month I gave up antiperspirant (because of the aluminum) and I now slather my armpits with coconut oil mixed with baking soda when I get out of the shower. I love this little routine and actually look forward to it!

i love making home made face masks. always leave my face feeling SO much more clean and fresh compared to the nasty packaged ones that make my face feel like it’s drying out and crumbling…
