EcoTrek Fitness Whole Food Bars Review & Giveaway

Y’all know that I love whole foods and am always looking for good tasting ones at that.
I have yet to find a bar that I actually like that’s 100% natural.
I also have yet to try any bar that has Chorella, Spurlina, Spinach or other greens in it that I didn’t want to gag on.
Yep, I have an aversion for greens in bars (and smoothies too).
The search is over though!!!

Cari Draft is the owner and founder of EcoTrek Fitness located in Michigan.
She came up with two most awesome flavored whole foods bars…Dark Chocolate Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Peanut butter.
The Dark Chocolate Raspberry is my favorite of the two.
Look at the moist goodness within!
These are so tasty, full of rich flavor.
They are awesome tasting and filling as well.
They’re seriously amazing and nutritious!

The Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter bars are scrumptious too.

Check out all the ingredients that are packed into these bars!
Each contains 10g of protein and 195 calories per bar.
They’re also made with gluten-free ingredients and don’t contain dairy products.

Right now EcoTrek Fitness Whole Food Bars are available at 50 WESCO Locations, 197 Meijer’s locations in 5 states and other locations in Michigan.

In addition to these yummy bars, Cari Draft has a new tv show that debuts this month in Muskegon, MI…The Lakeshore Slimdown Challenge.
Partnering with Anytime Fitness and Muskegon Community College, the Slimdown Challenge will take 8 participants through an 8 week exercise & healthy eating regimen.

She also has her regular outdoor group fitness sessions and offers one on one training too.

EcoTrek Fitness offers 12 series in Michigan as well as in Morgantown, WV and is growing each year with over 2000 people who’ve experienced an EcoTrek Fitness session!
